11 Effective Ways To Use Baking Soda For Treating Acne

6. Baking Soda With Shampoo:

Baking soda can also be used for acne on the hair line on forehead. To a bottle of shampoo, add 2 to 3 grams of baking soda. Shake well and use this shampoo for hair wash. Rinse the hair properly after shampoo.

7. Baking Soda Bath:

Acne on the back or chest can be cured by taking a baking soda bath. Baking soda helps to minimize blackheads and acne breakout on back, chest and any other acne-prone areas on the body. Sprinkle 100 grams of baking soda in warm bath water and stir with hands to mix well. Soak in this water for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse yourself off with a shower.

You can also try a mixture of honey and baking soda for clear skin and acne-free skin. Make a smooth paste and apply to the affected areas. Rinse with water after 15 minutes.

Here is another simple baking soda scrub for a clear and radiant skin. Combine a tablespoon of baking soda with any normal facial cleanser to make a smooth paste.
